Shipping Policy: We reserve the right to ship via the carrier of our choice and utilize such shipping services such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, LTL freight carriers, special courier, etc. We provide shipping both within the United States and internationally, however, not all items ship outside of USA. Of course, all orders must be paid-in-full before we ship. Standard Shipping: We do our best to process all orders for shipment within 48 business hours, as long as the products ordered are in stock. You can expect either a shipping confirmation, or an order status correspondence within one business day of your order. We will not leave you wondering about your order. If an item is out of stock, we will provide suggestions for similar products and give you an estimated arrival date for the sold out item. Backorders over $25 will ship free of freight charges. Priority shipping: Priority shipping may be arranged based on availability. Please contact us with priority shipping requests at the time of purchase. FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. If your billing address is a P.O. Box please provide us with a street address in the shipping address section at checkout to allow for FedEx delivery. Truck Shipping: Items marked with a truck symbol are too large to ship via regular freight service and must ship via truck. Please contact customer service in advance with your location zip code for shipping charge quote. We will not ship any order before contacting you regarding freight adjustments. Someone must be present at the time of delivery to accept, inspect and receive truck shipments. The specific shipping company will contact you to make date and time arrangements for delivery. Truck shipments deliver to business addresses only within the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping Addresses: FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. If your billing address is a P.O. Box please provide us with a street address in the shipping address section at checkout to allow for FedEx delivery. Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses: We will contact APO/FPO customers with a freight quote before shipping to any APO/FPO addresses. APO/FPO customers do not qualify for our Free Shipping promotion. Free Shipping Offer: Free Shipping Offer valid to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States on non-truck, non-APO/FPO shipments only. Shipping for oversized packages and to all areas outside the 48 contiguous United States or APO/FPO address will be quoted on a per order basis. Split Orders and Back Orders: You will be notified via email if your order is to be shipped either partially or completely. Tracking information for items shipped is available via email request only. Return Policy: Returns accepted for credit only within 30 days of shipping for customers with a PackedWarehouse.com account. There is a 20% restock fee on returns. Customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us. First, please contact us via telephone or by email for a return authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without an RA# issued by PackedWarehouse.com. Product must be returned in original packaging, in re-sellable/re-useable condition. Once we receive the return, match up the RA# and ensure that the item is re-sellable, credit will be issued. |
